📦 Shipping
Most of our PCs are built to order — just for you.
Your system is freshly assembled, tested, and fully prepared before shipping.
Typical build and testing time: 3–5 working days.
Once your rig is ready, we dispatch it with DPD Next Day Delivery to ensure a smooth, reliable experience.
Every system is carefully packaged — both inside and out — so your PC arrives safely, with no loose parts or damage.
That means your new gaming rig reaches you fast, secure, and ready to play. 🎮
🛠️ Warranty
PC failures are rare — but if anything goes wrong, we’ve got you covered.
All of our systems include a 1-year parts & labour warranty as standard.
Every build is fully tested before shipping, so faults are extremely uncommon.
But if something happens, we’ll repair it for free within the first 12 months.
✅ Warranty covers:

Faulty components (e.g. GPU, PSU, RAM, SSD, etc.)

Manufacturing defects or part failures not caused by misuse
❌ Warranty does not cover:

Physical damage (cracked, broken, or snapped parts)

Liquid damage or spills

Damage caused by overclocking

Power surges or electrical faults

Software issues, viruses, or malware

Tampering or modification of internal components
Repairs typically take less than 14 working days, depending on the issue. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
If a repair is required, the customer is responsible for shipping the PC back to us, properly packaged.
If the PC arrives damaged due to poor packaging, a repair fee may apply — but don’t worry, we’ll send you simple packaging instructions.
If a repair isn’t possible, we’ll either replace the faulty part or offer a full refund.
⚠️ Important:
We do not reimburse repairs performed by third-party services.
Warranty is valid only for unmodified systems purchased directly from PC Bakery.
🔁 Returns
Changed your mind? No problem.
You can return any PC bought directly from us — no reason needed.
You have:

14 days from delivery to request a return

Then 14 more days to ship the item back
📝 Return conditions:

The PC must be in good condition, with no physical damage

It must be returned in the same state it was originally delivered

The customer covers return shipping costs
We’ll send you step-by-step packaging instructions to keep everything safe.
If the system arrives damaged due to poor packaging, repair costs may be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5 working days — no hassle.
